What we are looking for
As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns, focusing primarily on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. You will be responsible for creating and presenting data-driven, high-performing advertising strategies for both B2B and B2C clients. You’ll work closely with a passionate team, leading paid media strategies and directly engaging with clients.
Responsibilities and Deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead the strategy, creation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across social media and search platforms.
- Manage budgets, monitor campaign pacing, and ensure delivery against KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Present reports and strategies to clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform features.
- Optimize paid media elements such as bidding strategies, landing pages, and ad copy.
To qualify for this role, you should have
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of paid media, particularly social platforms.
- Strong strategic skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting strategies.
- Expertise in Google platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
