Job Brief
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with a strong focus on paid social media and strategy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include search, display and social advertising strategies across a wide range of B2B and B2C sites. The position is based in the Western Cape Region in Cape Town.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for :
- Creating, managing, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns, primarily across social media platforms.
- Leading the team in developing Digital Paid Media strategies for clients that support their overall Digital Marketing program.
- Translation of client KPIs and goals into strategic recommendations for clients across Paid Media channels.
- Conduct audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform Paid Media strategies for clients.
- Build accurate and reliable reporting frameworks to track your campaign performance.
- Internally and externally report on progress against goals, ROI, spends and other key metrics.
- Daily campaign budget management.
- Create monthly and quarterly reports for clients
Requirements
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A relevant tertiary qualification
